오늘은 RFE 받지 않기위한 I-129F 내기전 Checklist을 준비해봤어요

이름하여 [ NO RFE CHECKLIST] 

한국인분들은 모두 꼼꼼하셔서 왠만하면 RFE를 받지않지만

그래두 놓치고간부분이 있을 수 있기때문에 

우리 같이 서류 내기전 One Last Touch겸 하나하나 점검을 해보겠습니다 (체크 V)

* 미국인 피앙세도 같이 점검할 수 있도록 영어로 적어봤어요*

(어짜피 결국 제출은 미국에서 이루어지므로 ㅠ_ㅠ)

(    ) 1. G-1145

E-notification of Application

- You can get your result of your paper work by e-mail so embed this paper in your I-129F package

(     ) 2. Visa Executive Fee(비자행정비용)

We paid $535.00(based on Texas State, 2018) 

But I recommend you to check the amount again for the right payment again on USCIS web. 

You can pay this with a credit card or personal check. 

Personal check is recommended (Cause you can track easily once the fee is paid completely)

(     ) 3. Cover Letter(커버레터)

It indicates all documents you’d like to submit

(     ) 4. I-129 Form

Petition for Alien Fiance(e).

- K-1 Visa Application for your beneficiary(Korean fiance). It should be written by American Citizen

(     ) 5. I-129F Supplement, Question 54

Description of how you met in person during the past two years.

- It’s optional but kinda mandatory. It asks you how you met your spouse and carry the relationship so far. 

When you see the document there are only few lines you can fill up, however you’d better prepare more than that. 

Usually people get one more extra paper to elaborate their relationship like How, When, Where they met their partners 

and how they keep having the relationship specifically.

(     ) 6. Letter of intent to marry

This is the letter to show your intent that you are getting married with your partner 

within 90 days after your foreign partner arrived in the US.

- Original Copy must be submitted (NOT Copy)

(     ) 7. Proof of having met in past two years and ongoing relationship

Any evidence that you have been meeting your fiance for the past two years in person.

- Even some people prepare diploma if they met in a campus

- Any evidence will be helpful(There's no specific guide line)

(     ) 8. passport picture

one picture each (American fiance & Korean fiance)

*** Do not forget to write your name on the back ***

(     ) 9. Copy of the Birth Certificate

OR

Copy of Passport(all pages)

*** Do not forget your signature & Date ***

** After you finish a paper, please have a double check

** Before you submit the documents, Please make a copy of every paper(if you can or please share it with your Korean fiance)

** When you dispatch a bundle of the documents, please send it with a tracking service

** You can type on computer for every document, If there’s a blank that you can’t type in then print it out and do handwriting

** G-1145 is optional but it helps you to track your document status.(Put this paper on the top)

** This is not the guideline, so if you feel you need to submit any other documents then do it !

(It's better to submit all together rather than receiving RFE)
